EHS Coordinator

You are a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Coordinator responsible for supporting and overseeing environmental, health, and safety initiatives within the company. Your role involves ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations to promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. Your key responsibilities include assisting in developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies, programs, and procedures. You will conduct regular site inspections, deliver safety training sessions, investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and maintain records related to workplace injuries, training, inspections, and regulatory reporting. Additionally, you will support environmental compliance activities, work on emergency response plans, and promote a strong safety culture through engagement with all departments. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Freshers or individuals with 0-1 years of EHS experience in the Telecom industry or industrial sector are encouraged to apply. You must possess a strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations, with certifications such as OSHA 30-hour, NEBOSH, or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication, training, and organizational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes day shifts, morning shifts, and weekend availability at the Ernakulam, Kakkanad location.
