Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate individual to join our Electrical and Electronics Engineering department as a faculty member. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, guiding students in research and projects, and contributing to the academic and administrative development of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Prepare and update course materials, syllabi, and teaching methods.
• Conduct laboratory sessions and supervise student projects.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals.
• Carry out research in relevant EEE fields and publish in peer-reviewed journals/conferences.
• Participate in departmental and institutional activities including curriculum development.
• Contribute to outreach, industry collaboration, and accreditation processes (e.g., NBA, NAAC).
• Attend faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and institutional events.

Required Qualifications:

• M.E./M.Tech or Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong academic record throughout undergraduate and postgraduate education.
• Prior teaching or industry experience preferred (especially for senior positions).
• Proficiency in subjects such as Power Systems, Control Systems, Electrical Machines, VLSI, Embedded Systems, etc.
• Knowledge of modern teaching tools, simulation software (MATLAB, Simulink, PSIM, etc.) is desirable.

Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per institutional norms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
