EE Integration Agile Master

You will be joining our agile software development team as an Agile Master with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience. Your primary responsibility will be to lead Scrum teams to successfully deliver high-quality software products by adhering to Agile principles. Here are some key responsibilities you will be handling: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective to ensure the team practices Agile methodologies and continuously improves. - Coach and mentor the development team on Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and best practices. - Manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team focuses on the most valuable items. - Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues to management when necessary. - Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork. - Continuously monitor the team's velocity, identify areas for improvement, and adjust the process accordingly. - Liaise with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables. - Provide regular status updates and reports on the team's performance and progress. - Champion the adoption of agile principles and practices across the organization. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience: - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. - Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile project management role. - Thorough understanding of the Scrum framework, agile methodologies, and best practices. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in using Scrum tools and project management software. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. The preferred and flexible location for this position is Pune.
