OPS Engineer

As an OPS Engineer at BMW TechWorks India in Chennai, you will be responsible for working on MS Dynamics CRM, Power platform, Azure Microsoft Entra, and Admin Center. Your daily tasks will revolve around troubleshooting issues, providing customer service, and maintaining and configuring both Linux and Windows systems. It is essential for you to be an immediate joiner with 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant fields. Your role will involve handling tickets routed by L1 support or generating tickets for any observed issues. You should possess a deep functional understanding of systems and applications to handle complex problems that require a higher level of expertise. Additionally, you will execute the necessary technical work to resolve initial issues, work through the life cycle of a help desk incident, and provide advanced technical support by collaborating closely with other support tiers and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of complex problems. You will be expected to investigate and resolve escalated technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales and Customer Service. Staying updated on the latest product updates, patches, and best practices is crucial to provide accurate guidance and support to end-users. Conducting thorough analysis of recurring issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks to identify underlying patterns and trends will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you need to offer ongoing support and guidance to users on complex system configurations and customizations in MS Dynamics CRM. To excel in this role, you should bring along strong functional knowledge in MS Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure cloud. Your ability to work under pressure, manage highly critical production incidents, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment will be essential. Excellent communication skills, the capacity to coordinate with peer members, and being an active team player are qualities that you should possess. Additionally, having excellent analytical skills is crucial.
