Job Description You will be a full-time OPS Engineer at BMW TechWorks India in Chennai, working on MS Dynamics CRM, Power platform, Azure Microsoft Entra, and Admin Center. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, providing customer service, and maintaining and configuring both Linux and Windows systems. It is essential for you to have 3 to 5 years of experience in the relevant fields and be ready to join immediately. Key Responsibilities - Handle tickets routed by L1 support or generate tickets for any observed issues. - Demonstrate a deep functional understanding of systems and applications to handle complex problems. - Execute technical work to resolve initial issues and manage the life cycle of help desk incidents. - Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot escalated issues, and collaborate with other support tiers and technical teams for timely issue resolution. - Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales and Customer Service. - Stay updated on product updates, patches, and best practices to offer accurate guidance and support to end-users. - Analyze recurring issues, system errors, and performance bottlenecks to identify patterns and trends. - Offer ongoing support and guidance to users on complex system configurations and customizations in MS Dynamics CRM. Qualifications - Strong functional knowledge in MS Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure cloud. - Ability to work under pressure and manage critical production incidents. - Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and be an active team player. - Excellent analytical skills.
