Support schoolteachers in implementing effective FLN practices.
Track student progress and maintain basic records of learning outcomes.
Collaborate with GBF s program team for training, planning, and reporting.
Regular classroom sessions with measurable improvements in student learning.
Monthly reports on student progress and activities conducted.
Active contribution to SPARSH s goal of strengthening foundational learning.
Graduate in Education, Social Sciences, or related field (B.Ed./D.El.Ed. preferred).
Prior teaching experience in primary schools (especially classes 3 5) desirable.
Passion for working with children and improving government school education.
