As an Admission Counselor - Inside Sales at UNIVO Education Pvt. Ltd, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process by engaging with potential students. Your responsibilities will include providing detailed information about the institution's programs, assisting students through the admission process, and utilizing your sales skills to convert inquiries into enrollments. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel potential students on available UG & PG courses. - Conduct counselling sessions via Data Calling and online chat services. - Offer guidance on degree programs and admission procedures. - Collect and compile feedback from participants. - Manage inquiries over the telephone. - Convert leads into admissions. - Record, maintain, and follow up on provided leads. - Keep records of telephonic and walk-in interactions for the day.
