Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented education counselor to join our team at Education Express. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling prospective students, profiling their educational needs, and providing admission support for our partner colleges across India. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their academic dreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling to potential students and guide them through the process of choosing the right courses (MBA, PGDM, BBA, BCA, B.Tech).
• Generate and manage leads through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
• Assess students academic profiles and provide tailored counseling for course selection.
• Coordinate with partner colleges to provide seamless admission support for students.
• Follow up with students and parents to ensure a smooth transition through the admission process.
• Maintain records of interactions and student data in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Prior experience in education counseling or sales is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• A customer-oriented approach and a passion for student success.

Additional Details

• Work Hours

  : Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.

• Location

  : Sector 37, Faridabad.
