🔍 Your Role:

• Guide students in selecting the best-fit country, course, and university based on their profile and career goals.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.

• Stay updated on visa processes, university tie-ups, and application trends across major destinations (UK, Canada, Germany, France, etc.).

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status in the CRM.

• Coordinate with partner universities and support students through the entire admissions process.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad counselling (any destination).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Kerala-based candidates highly preferred.
