Job Description

Admission Telecaller – Job Description Admission Telecaller is responsible for connecting with potential students, providing information about courses and admission procedures, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role focuses on lead generation, counselling, follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth admissions. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to students and parents to inform them about available courses, admission criteria, and institute benefits. Handle inbound queries related to admissions, fees, eligibility, and documentation. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and walk-ins. Counsel prospective students and guide them toward the appropriate courses based on their interests and qualifications. Maintain a detailed database of inquiries, calls, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Schedule counseling sessions, campus visits, or demo classes for interested candidates. Meet daily/weekly call targets and admission enrollment goals. Provide accurate information and maintain a professional, student-friendly approach. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team to ensure smooth enrollment flow.
