Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Counselling Duties:

Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries professionally.
Counsel prospective students about NIFM courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
Maintain records of inquiries and admissions in the CRM or database.
Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.

Administrative Duties:

Manage front-desk operations and maintain student attendance and records.
Handle admission paperwork, fee collection, and receipts.
Coordinate with faculty and schedule classes.
Maintain inventory of study materials and office supplies.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the institute.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to handle multitasking and administrative duties.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Graduate in any stream; education or marketing background is a plus.

Working Days: Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible as per need)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift
