Educational Content & Training Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Help create educational content, both textual and audiovisual, for e-learning courses.
• Assist in video recording, ensuring content is engaging and professional.
• Work with the content team to produce high-quality video content with appropriate visual aids.

Training and Instruction

• Assist in conducting online and offline training sessions for students preparing for standardized tests.
• Provide support during individual or group-based coaching sessions to enhance understanding and retention of topics.
• Help simplify complex concepts and tailor instructional methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Provide feedback on student progress and help develop strategies to address challenges.

Social Media Management

• Create content for social media platforms to engage students and prospective learners.
• Be involved in producing engaging, relevant content that supports the growth of our online community.

Collaboration and Teamwork

• Work effectively within a team to meet deadlines and support project goals.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and the marketing team to ensure content aligns with our standards and vision.

Professional Development

• Stay updated on the latest developments in standardized testing, teaching methodologies, and e-learning technologies.
• Continuously improve your skills to enhance the student learning experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Math or English.
• Familiarity with standardized exams such as GMAT, GRE, SAT, CAT, NPAT, etc.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking in front of a camera for video content.
• Experience or willingness to work with tools like PowerPoint and basic video editing software.
• Proactive, with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A passion for education and a desire to become a trainer or coach in the future.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in content creation or teaching.
• Aspires to develop a career in education and test preparation as a tutor or is looking to write any of these standardized tests in the near future.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
