SME and Trainer Quants & DI–LR

You will own the Quantitative, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning vertical across multiple exams, shaping strategy from lesson design to score analytics. The ideal candidate is part master‑tactician, part motivational coach, and part content creator.

· Location : Mumbai HQ or Remote (IST hours)

· Reporting : Academic Head – Test Prep

Core Responsibilities

1. Live & Recorded Instruction (40 %): Deliver high‑energy classes covering Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Number Theory, Modern Math, DI sets, LR puzzles, etc.; record bite‑sized explainer videos for our content libraries.

2. Curriculum & Content Development (25 %): Map learning outcomes to CAT, GMAT, GRE and SAT; build question banks, adaptive drills, sectional mocks, and 700 + level GMAT challenges; co‑author analytics‑friendly answer keys & video‑solutions.

3. Assessment & Analytics (15 %): Track cohort performance via dashboards; flag at‑risk learners; run fortnightly doubt‑clearing “Office Hours.”

4. Training & Team Leadership (10 %): Mentor junior instructors; conduct demo‑class audits and pedagogical workshops; drive adoption of AI‑feedback tools.

5. Academic R&D & Thought Leadership (10 %): Pilot new problem‑solving frameworks; represent Maxiwise at webinars and EdTech conferences.

Must‑Have Qualifications

· Experience: 1-2 yrs teaching Quant/DI‑LR for CAT or GMAT / GRE; ≥ 95 percentile in own attempt (attach scorecard).

· Education: B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc Math/Stats, or comparable quantitative degree.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
