Educational Consultant- Kolkata

Scholastic is hiring for Educational Consultant for Kolkata, W.B is responsible for the sales and promotion of Scholastic Books through different channels, namely, Book Fairs, Clubs, Library and Education in their respective locations.

Responsibilities:

• Visit Schools in the assigned region and represent Scholastic.
• Meet educators to promote Scholastic and its various School based programs.
• Explain and promote Reading Programs to Educators.
• Build, connect and establish relationship with schools.
• Promote sales through Book fairs, Book Clubs, Education & other school based programs.
• Capture School’s requirements, suggest & implement ways to cater to them.
• Overseeing end to end execution of School based programs.
• Open to travel extensively within city.

Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post graduate in any stream

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent Communication skills
• Extremely articulate
• Ability to think out of the Box
