Educational Consultant Internship

As an Educational Consultant intern at Strength Masters, you will play a crucial role in educating customers about products and services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Educating customers about our products and services - Assisting in conducting career guidance sessions under supervision - Administering or supporting in administering psychometric/career assessments (e.g., aptitude, personality, strengths tests) - Researching new career trends and educational programs - Drafting emails, session summaries, and reports - Observing counseling sessions to learn techniques and styles - Receiving training in counseling ethics, confidentiality, and communication - Reflecting on experiences and sharing feedback to improve service delivery Strengths Masters, founded by a group of seasoned Gallup certified strengths coaches, aims to enable individuals, teams, and organizations through the "Strengths Movement" initiated by the father of Strengths Psychology, Don Clifton.
