Location: Cuttack
Type: Temporary – 3 Months (Extendable Based on Performance)
Stipend: ₹15,000/month + Incentives
Timing: 6 hours/day (2–3 hrs field + 3 hrs telecalling/lead handling)
Work Days: 6 days/week

About the Role:

Join Amrit Academy, a franchisee of Henry Harvin®, India’s leading upskilling company. We’re looking for energetic freshers or final-year students who want to learn real-world sales, outreach, and student counselling.

This is a hands-on role combining local fieldwork with cold calling and lead follow-up training.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Work (2–3 Hours/Day in Cuttack):

• Visit local tuition centers, coaching institutes, and colleges
• Identify and engage students interested in upskilling and career courses
• Collect data, distribute brochures, and generate leads
• Represent Amrit Academy professionally in the field

Telecalling & Counselling Support (3 Hours/Day):

• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and Google Forms
• Guide students about suitable offline and online career courses
• Book demo classes or schedule walk-ins to the centre
• Learn basics of educational counselling and CRM

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate or final-year student from Cuttack, preferably BBA or commerce stream
• Has a two-wheeler for local travel (fuel costs can be compensated if needed)
• Willing to work 6 hours/day and learn sales & student counselling
• Good communication in Odia + Hindi (English is a bonus)
• Go-getter attitude with willingness to meet people and make calls
