Key Responsibilities:

Student Interaction & Guidance

  • Engage with walk-ins, leads from calls, emails, or online campaigns to counsel them about available courses, curriculum, career outcomes, and benefits.
  • Understand students’ educational backgrounds, aspirations, and needs to provide personalized recommendations.

Lead Conversion & Follow-up

  • Follow up with leads generated via digital campaigns, referrals, or marketing outreach and convert them into admissions.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospective students through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.

Admissions Process

  • Assist students with the

    end-to-end admission process

    including application forms, documentation, and payment procedures.
  • Ensure all pre-admission and post-admission processes are handled smoothly and efficiently.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams (academic, marketing, operations) to align student onboarding and orientation.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team about student queries, pain points, or frequently asked questions to optimize campaigns and communication.
