Education Counselor- Sales

As an Admission Counselor at Eduplor, your primary role will be to assist students in selecting the right online undergraduate and postgraduate programs across multiple universities. You will be responsible for counseling prospective students on various online UG & PG programs, explaining program features, eligibility criteria, admission processes, fee structures, and career opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include handling inquiries through various channels such as calls, emails, chats, and walk-ins, understanding student requirements, recommending suitable courses, maintaining regular follow-ups for lead conversion, coordinating with university partners and internal teams, ensuring complete documentation, updating student details in the CRM system, conducting virtual info sessions, and participating in student engagement activities.
