Education Counselor

As a motivated MedTech Sales Associate at our growing team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales of digital learning solutions tailored to healthcare professionals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and engaging potential clients such as healthcare institutions and training centers - Assisting with product demos and managing client follow-ups - Maintaining accurate sales records using CRM tools - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction - Following up with prospects through emails, calls, and in-person meetings to drive conversions - Tracking and analyzing sales metrics to refine outreach and engagement strategies - Gathering feedback from clients to improve products and user experience - Supporting onboarding and training sessions for new clients To excel in this role, you will need: - 3 years of experience in EdTech or B2C sales - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Self-driven and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment In addition to a competitive remuneration package, we are committed to providing an inclusive work environment that respects diversity, comprehensive medical insurance coverage, and the opportunity to travel and work with clients across India.
