Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Ahmedabad Area for an Education Counselor. The Education Counselor will guide students in selecting courses, explain admission processes, and provide personalized advice to support student educational and career objectives. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective learners, addressing inquiries, assisting with enrolment processes, and maintaining records of student interactions. The Counselor will collaborate closely with the academic and marketing teams to provide information about course offerings and to support student retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Exceptional interpersonal and counseling abilities to provide personalized guidance and support to students
• Organizational and administrative skills to manage records, follow up with students, and coordinate enrollment
• Knowledge of e-learning programs, course counseling, educational platforms, or experience in academic advising is preferred
• Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic computer competencies
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving acumen, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Undergraduate degree in Education, Counseling, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
