Nschool Academy is looking for a dynamic and student-focused Telecaller / Academic Counselor to engage with prospective students and parents. The role involves providing accurate information about our training programs, understanding learner requirements, and guiding them through the enrollment process while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from prospective students and parents
• Explain course details, learning outcomes, duration, fees, and career opportunities
• Counsel students based on their educational background and career goals
• Address queries and resolve basic concerns related to courses and admissions
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve enrollment targets
• Maintain and update student information in CRM or internal systems
• Follow call scripts, counseling guidelines, and company policies
• Maintain a polite, positive, and professional tone during all interactions
