Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Education Counselor located in New Delhi. The Education Counselor will engage with students to guide them on educational opportunities, programs, and career prospects. Day-to-day activities will involve consulting students on suitable IT training courses, providing career counseling, and helping students make informed decisions to achieve their career goals. The role also requires effective communication to build trust and provide ongoing support to prospective and current students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong Communication skills for engagement and guidance
• Expertise in Career Counseling to advise on opportunities and pathways
• Background knowledge in Education, preferably with an understanding of IT and technical training
• Empathy, active listening, and the ability to inspire confidence
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in student-facing roles within education or training environments is an advantage
