Education Counselor

We are on the looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated Admission Counselors who can help students take the right career decisions and drive our growth through impactful consultations and conversions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make regular calls to leads generated via marketing campaigns or referrals.
• Understand students' educational/career background and goals to recommend the right course(s).
• Maintain regular follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or email to ensure lead nurturing and conversion.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly admission targets.
• Accurately log every interaction in the CRM system and update lead status.
• Build trust with potential learners by offering honest guidance and course benefits.
• Work closely with the marketing, support, and academic teams to align on student needs and feedback.
• Collect student feedback and insights to help refine sales scripts and offerings.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi).
• Confidence in phone-based conversations and ability to pitch.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Prior experience in tele-sales, customer service, counseling, or EdTech is a bonus.
