💼 Open Positions:

1️⃣ Senior Counsellor (Minimum 3 Years Experience)

• Handle end-to-end student counselling and admissions process.
• Guide and mentor junior counsellors to achieve team targets.
• Convert qualified leads through calls, follow-ups, and effective communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure smooth admission experience.
• Work closely with the marketing and college partnership teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in student counselling or education sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Leadership ability and mentoring mindset.

2️⃣ Counsellors (Freshers to 1 Year Experience – 4 Openings)

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to counsel students about courses and colleges.
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable options.
• Maintain proper lead follow-up and data records in CRM.
• Support senior counsellor and marketing teams in daily tasks.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Confident, goal-oriented, and quick learner.
• Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
