Role & responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via phone calls, providing information about Courses, related to Graphic Designers,Web Designers, 2D/3D Animators etc.
• Convert leads into sales and ensure smooth handover to the post-salesteam.
• Manage and update customer information in our CRM or sales software.
• Collaborate with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking Assistin developing and executing strategies for user acquisition and sales growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients and agents.
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in educational course selling ora related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM, Proficiency in CRM management or similar sales software relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
