Job Description

You will be working as an Education Counselor at Amity University in Noida. Your main responsibility will be to provide educational consulting and career counseling to students. This is a full-time on-site role located in Karimnagar. You will be advising students on academic and career planning, conducting student counseling sessions, and assisting with educational decisions. It is essential to have strong verbal and written communication skills for effective communication with students, parents, and faculty to ensure the best educational outcomes. Experience in the education sector is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is required. Your key result areas (KRA) as defined by the organization include handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, counseling students and parents for various programs, convincing and converting inquiries into admissions, achieving individual monthly targets, visiting schools and colleges for presentations, collecting feedback, cold calling/data calling, preparing MIS reports, conducting seminars, creating walk-ins in the center, and any other responsibilities assigned by the HQ from time to time.,
