Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Education Counsellor specializing in online degree programs for the US shift. The Education Counsellor will engage with prospective learners to understand their educational needs, provide guidance about suitable online degree programs, and assist them throughout the enrollment process. Additional responsibilities include addressing queries, maintaining a strong knowledge of available courses, and fostering excellent customer relationships to support educational success.

Qualifications

• Possess strong skills in Education and Teaching to effectively counsel and guide learners.
• Demonstrated Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a high-quality experience for potential students.
• Experience in Training and creating educational pathways for learners would be beneficial.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exposure to working within shifts aligned to US time zones is a plus.
