Job Description

Role & responsibilities tudent Counselling: Provide personalized guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities in the UK, Canada, and Australia . Understand students academic background, preferences, and career goals to recommend suitable courses and universities. Admissions Support: Assist students with the end-to-end application process , including university selection, document preparation, SOP guidance, and submission timelines. Ensure students meet admission requirements and deadlines. Visa Guidance: Support students with the student visa application process , including preparation of financial documents and interview readiness. Stay updated on country-specific visa rules and immigration policies . Liaison with Universities: Coordinate with university representatives and admission offices for application updates, offers, and enrolments. Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions. Follow-Up & Reporting: Maintain a student database and follow up regularly to track application progress. Provide timely reports to the management on application status and student pipeline. Event Participation: Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and university visits . Organize and participate in webinars and info sessions to promote overseas opportunities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree (Master’s preferred) Proven experience as an education counsellor for UK, Canada, and/or Australia Familiarity with application portals , visa documentation , and university criteria Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
