Job Description

Role & responsibilities Counsel prospective students via phone, email, chat, or in-person to understand their educational and career goals. Guide candidates in choosing suitable cybersecurity courses (e.g., ethical hacking, network security, SOC analyst training, etc.). Explain course features, structure, pricing, and placement assistance opportunities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on cybersecurity career trends, certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP), and industry needs. Maintain CRM systems with accurate lead information and track conversion metrics. Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to improve student acquisition strategies. Organize webinars, info sessions, or demo classes to engage and convert leads. Provide post-enrollment support to ensure high student satisfaction and retention. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: IT, Computer Science, Education, or Psychology). 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, preferably in tech or cybersecurity programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of cybersecurity career paths, certifications, and skills. Experience with CRM software and lead management tools. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed in tech careers.
