We’re looking for a proactive Education Counsellor who can connect with students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward the right learning path — while driving admissions and leads through impactful counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and guide them in choosing suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
• Have experience in lead generation targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and social media enquiries.
• Maintain student databases and follow up regularly to convert leads into admissions.
• Conduct counselling sessions (in person, via phone, or video calls).
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Stay updated about all course offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or Communication preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Education Counsellor or in student counselling/admissions.
• Proven track record in lead generation and conversion through counselling.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹10,835.39 - ₹30,000.00 per month
