Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide education counseling and academic guidance to prospective students via inbound & outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and texts
Understand student profiles, eligibility, interests, and career goals to recommend the most suitable UG / PG programs
Clearly explain program curriculum, learning outcomes, duration, assessment methods, fees, scholarships, and placement support
Handle the end-to-end admissions process lead qualification, counseling, follow-ups, documentation, and enrollment confirmation
Maintain high lead conversion ratios while ensuring a student-first and ethical counseling approach
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
Update and manage all student interactions, lead stages, and follow-ups in the CRM system

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university (any discipline)
0-2 years of experience in Career Counseling, Academic Counseling, Admissions, or Inside Sales (preferred)
Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong counseling aptitude are welcome to apply
