Job Description : We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Education Counsellor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding students and parents through their education journey, from enquiry to enrollment. Your primary goal will be to build trust, provide accurate information, and convert prospects into successful admissions. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Generate and nurture leads through calls, emails, and walk-ins 🔹 Provide detailed information about available courses and institutions 🔹 Assist students in understanding the admission process and required documentation 🔹 Handle end-to-end admission coordination and follow-up 🔹 Cross-sell and upsell value-added services where applicable 🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families 🔹 Maintain regular follow-up until final admission closure Qualifications ✅ Graduate or Postgraduate degree (any discipline) ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✅ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in counselling or sales (preferred in the education sector) ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✅ Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions What We Offer 💼 Competitive salary package 🎯 Performance-based incentives 📈 Career growth opportunities within the organization 🤝 Supportive and professional work environment
