Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Education Counsellor with at least 2 years of experience in guiding students through academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping students choose the right educational programs based on their goals, interests, and background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one counselling to students on available courses, career paths, and academic opportunities.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs or institutions (domestic or international, if applicable).
• Guide students through the entire admission process — from enquiry to enrollment.
• Handle inbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.
• Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Conduct seminars/webinars, attend education fairs, and participate in promotional events when needed.
• Stay updated on course offerings, admission criteria, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education or related field).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an education counsellor, academic advisor, or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering student satisfaction.
• Familiarity with study abroad processes, universities, or educational systems (optional but preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office .
