Role Overview

As an Education Consultant / Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for parents and students. Your role is consultative—not pushy sales. You will understand the student’s academic needs, recommend suitable programs, and guide families through enrolment.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy education, counselling, communication, and goal-oriented work.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent & Parent Consultation

  • Counsel parents and students on course selection, academic pathways, and board requirements
  • Understand student strengths, weaknesses, and academic goals
  • Recommend suitable Inkstall programs (subject-wise / grade-wise)

Sales & Lead Management

  • Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, website forms, walk-ins
  • Follow up with warm and active leads to close enrolments
  • Maintain lead records and update CRM systems regularly

Program Explanation & Conversion

  • Clearly explain curriculum structure, teaching methodology, schedules, and fees
  • Address parent queries confidently and professionally
  • Convert enquiries into admissions with ethical, transparent communication

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with academic teams for batch availability and onboarding
  • Track daily follow-ups, conversions, and performance metrics
  • Provide feedback from parents/students to improve offerings

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills

  • Excellent spoken English (Hindi/other languages is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Ability to explain academic concepts clearly to parents
  • Comfortable with targets and performance-based work

Preferred Background

  • Experience in education sales, academic counselling, EdTech, coaching institutes
  • Familiarity with IGCSE / IB / ICSE / CBSE boards is a strong advantage
  • Graduate in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Commerce preferred)
