EDU Manager

• Youll play a key role in managing resources and competencies for engineering activities in TCMS Software, ensuring the application of standard methodologies and tools. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (Train Control Engineers, Verification & Validation Engineers, Train Validation Engineers), foster team development, and ensure delivery excellence, and much more.
• You ll specifically take care of workload management and quality assurance, but also continuous improvement initiatives.

• Degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• Extensive experience in the software development lifecycle (12+ years)
• Proven track record of managing teams to achieve QCD KPIs (3+ years)
• Knowledge of train systems (system analysis, railways)
• Experience with IEC61131-3 software development or model-based tools like MATLAB/Simulink
• Familiarity with real-time network protocols (e.g., MVB, CIP, Ethernet, CAN)
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
