EDP Executive

Roles & Responsibilities of an EDP Hardware and Network Executive:

WE LOOKING FOR MALE CANDIDATE'S

1. Hardware Management:

· Installation & Maintenance – Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

· Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.

· Upgrades & Replacement – Monitor and upgrade old systems, RAM, storage, and other components.

2.Network Management:

· Server Management – Handle Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory (AD), file servers, and database servers.

· Network Security – Implement firewalls, VPNs, and access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

· Internet & Wi-Fi Support – Ensure stable internet connectivity and troubleshoot network issues.

3. Software & System Support:

· OS Installation & Updates – Install and update Windows, Linux, and other operating systems.and troubleshoot ERP software and other applications used in the company.

4. Vendor & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Management :

· Hardware Procurement – Coordinate with vendors for new IT hardware and accessories.

· AMC & Warranty Tracking – Maintain AMC contracts and ensure timely hardware servicing.

· Vendor Negotiations – Work with service providers for internet, telecom, and IT services.

· Required Skills for an EDP Hardware & Network Executive

· Technical Expertise – Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, networking, and OS management.

· ERP & IT Systems – Familiarity with Tally, or other business applications.

· Networking & Security – Expertise in firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.

· Problem-Solving – Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues quickly.

· Documentation – Maintain IT records, inventory, and logs for compliance.

· Communication Skills – Provide user support and coordinate with vendors effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
