EDM Wiring

Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor Wire Cut EDM machines Perform EDM wiring, threading, and re-threading accurately Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD data Select appropriate wire, parameters, and cutting conditions Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per requirements Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Monitor tool wear and replace consumables when required Maintain production records and quality checks Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S) Required Skills & Knowledge:Hands-on experience in Wire Cut EDM operations Knowledge of EDM programming basics (manual / CNC) Familiarity with measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge) Understanding of materials, tolerances, and precision machining Ability to work independently and meet production targets Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in tool room / die & mold manufacturing Exposure to high-precision components Willingness to work in shifts, if required Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹16000 - 25000 per month (Based on experience) OT, PF, ESI- Yes / NO Accommodation/Food
