Editorial Lead / Managing Editor – FounderLabs (Full-Time, In-Office, Noida)

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Editorial Lead to join us full-time, at our Noida office, to take charge of content direction, execution, and brand storytelling.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a self-driven editorial leader who can own the entire content lifecycle — from curating magazine issues and conducting interviews to managing writers and shaping our editorial direction. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the editorial planning and execution of the bi-monthly FounderLabs magazine (print + digital).
• Develop and manage the editorial calendar for stories, interviews, and features.
• Conduct interviews with founders, investors, and ecosystem enablers.
• Curate relevant themes and trends from India’s startup ecosystem.
• Collaborate with incubators, accelerators, and founders for exclusive content.
• Manage and mentor freelance writers, interns, and contributors.
• Ensure editorial consistency, brand tone, and timely publishing.
• Oversee coordination with the design and publishing teams.
• Support related editorial needs for newsletters, LinkedIn, and media campaign

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in journalism, editorial leadership, or business content.
• Strong understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem and business/tech trends.
• Proven ability to manage editorial teams and end-to-end content projects.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
• Experience conducting high-level interviews.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
• Based in Delhi-NCR and available to work full-time from our Noida office.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
