Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Journal Submission Specialist to manage end-to-end research paper submission processes. The role involves preparing manuscripts as per journal guidelines, coordinating submissions, and ensuring compliance with ethical and formatting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting suitable journals and reviewing submission guidelines.
• Format manuscripts, check for errors, and draft cover letters.
• Manage authorship details, permissions, and ethical compliance.
• Prepare abstracts, metadata, funding details, and acknowledgments.
• Handle submission platforms, upload documents, and maintain records.
• Communicate submission status with clients and address revision requests.
• Maintain CRM records, ensure confidentiality, and deliver services on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
