• Work with design and social teams to adapt content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and more.

• Comfortable in a fast, iterative startup with little hand-holding.
• Able to juggle multiple stories while keeping quality and meeting deadlines.
• Have a strong sense of what makes content resonate via data, insight, or emotion.
• Comfortable writing about business, people, technology, culture, and leadership.
• Curious about India's startup, HR, and tech ecosystems and eager to decode trends.
  

Qualifications

• 414 years in editorial work, journalism, or business storytelling.
• Proven experience interviewing leaders, producing research-driven articles, or managing editorial projects.
• Excellent language skills, strong structure, and attention to detail.
