EDGE (Exploration, Development, Growth, Experiences) Analyst Program is DTCCs flagship early career initiative designed to cultivate engineering excellence and T-shaped skills across Application Development, Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET), and Infrastructure Automation. This immersive 6 months journey blends technical mastery, business acumen, and leadership development through structured learning, hands-on capstone execution, and mentorship. EDGE Analysts are not just trained- they are empowered to think like engineers: to design resilient systems, automate intelligently, test rigorously, and solve problems with precision and creativity.

Primary Responsibilities

As an EDGE Analyst, youll be at the forefront of building resilient, scalable, and secure technology solutions that power global financial markets. You will:

• Design and develop full-stack applications

  using modern frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, React, Enterprise Java) and cloud-native architectures.

• Engineer automated test suites

  and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality at speed.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning

  using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes, embracing Infrastructure-as-Code principles.

• Collaborate in Agile squads

You are:
