Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for EdAthena's AI/ML/Data Science education programs
- Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and training partners
- Create and implement effective business development strategies to penetrate new markets
- Conduct product demos and presentations for potential clients and decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals for bulk enrollments and corporate training programs
- Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts
- Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and business plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in education/EdTech sector
- Strong networking abilities with excellent relationship-building skills
- Previous experience in B2B sales with ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Comfortable dealing with C-level executives and key decision makers
- Understanding of the education technology landscape and emerging trends
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets consistently
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Basic understanding of AI, ML, and emerging technologies (preferred)
