Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ed-Tech Tele Sales Executive located in Kolkata. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for sales calls, customer support, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential clients, explaining our educational solutions, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, providing technical support, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Communication skills
• At Least 2 Years of Experience In the Field.
• Customer Service and Technical Support skills
• Analytical Skills for assessing and improving sales strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the education or ed-tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
