Our website is at the core of our business, helping customers design, customise, and order products online. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Website Tester to ensure every feature runs smoothly and our customers have a flawless experience.

Responsibilities:

• Test website functionality, including checkout, quote calculators, forms, and navigation.
• Identify, document, and report bugs or usability issues clearly to the development team.
• Perform browser, device, and operating system compatibility testing.
• Verify that new website features and updates work as expected before going live.
• Conduct regression testing after fixes or updates.
• Check page speed, responsiveness, and broken links.
• Ensure all website visuals, text, and images are correctly displayed and formatted.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to maintain quality.
• Provide feedback on user experience and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript preferred).
• Previous experience in website or software testing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with tools like Google Chrome DevTools, GTmetrix, or Lighthouse is an advantage.
• Highly self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
