Ecommerce Sales Executive

As an E-commerce Sales professional, your role will be crucial in driving both online and offline sales, managing customer relationships effectively, and optimizing the e-commerce platform to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve revenue targets. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to increase online sales and market share, building and maintaining strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly, overseeing the e-commerce platform including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and generate reports for tracking e-commerce performance, collaborating with the marketing team to execute online and offline campaigns, coordinating order processing and fulfilment to ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, conducting market research to identify prospects and growth opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute online campaigns and promotions. To excel in this role, you will need strong sales skills, excellent communication skills, analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions, familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing tools, problem-solving capabilities to resolve customer issues, excellent customer service skills, and a solid understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
