About the Role:
We need a responsible and detail-oriented End-to-End Order Processing Executive to handle daily Shopify-Marketplace orders, packing, coordinate dispatch, update tracking, and ensure smooth and timely shipping for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process daily orders from Shopify-Marketplace and prepare[order packing] for dispatch
* Coordinate with logistics for timely shipment
* Update tracking numbers and order statuses accurately
* Manage returns, RTO, exchanges, and customer follow-ups
* Maintain stock records, daily reports, and basic inventory logs
* Ensure all orders move smoothly without delay
* Visit courier offices to book and hand over orders
Requirements:
* Experience in eCommerce order processing
* Good computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication skills Hindi & English
* Ability to handle fast-paced order flow
* Candidate must be time-punctual
Long-Term Commitment:
* Candidate must be willing to work with the brand for a minimum period of 1 year.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
