Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Management (Nykaa, Myntra, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto etc.):
• Manage end-to-end operations on Nykaa, Myntra, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other marketplace platforms.
• Optimize product listings with relevant keywords, high-quality images, A+ content, and accurate details to boost visibility and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze daily sales, traffic, and performance reports from Seller Panels.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, Lightning Deals, Sponsored Ads, and platform-specific sales events.
• Maintain healthy account performance by addressing returns, customer queries, and feedback promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners for timely order fulfillment, inventory reconciliation, and RTO management.

Reporting & Growth:

• Prepare regular reports on marketplace and website KPIs including the sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.
• Conduct competitor analysis to recommend pricing strategies, bundling, and inventory planning.
• Suggest new features, tools, or automation to streamline e-commerce workflows.

Requirements

• 23 years of mandatory and proven experience in managing e-commerce operations on Nykaa, Myntra, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, advertising dashboards and listing optimization.
• Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and marketplace dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Excel, Canva (for quick creatives), and marketing platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a D2C startup or consumer product company (FMCG, wellness, or healthcare preferred).
• Working knowledge of SEO/SEM as it applies to e-commerce platforms.
