Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist & Content Strategist who can merge the art of influencer partnerships with the science of e-commerce and quick commerce growth. This role involves identifying and managing influencer collaborations, creating platform-optimized content strategies, and driving conversions on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra as well as quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.

Key Responsibilities

A. Influencer Marketing

Identify, vet, and onboard influencers who can authentically promote products for e-commerce and quick commerce audiences.

Develop creative influencer briefs tailored for marketplace-specific goals (visibility, ratings/reviews, conversions).

Manage influencer relationships, negotiations, and campaign execution from brief to delivery.

Leverage influencer content for performance marketing, product detail pages, and brand stores on marketplaces.

Measure campaign ROI with a focus on marketplace sales impact.

B. Content Strategy for E-Commerce & Quick Commerce

Create platform-specific content strategies to improve discoverability, CTR, and conversions (A+ content, banners, PDP videos, GIFs).

Plan and execute seasonal and event-based content calendars for big sale events (Amazon Great Indian Festival, Flipkart Big Billion Days, Nykaa Pink Friday, Blinkit Festive Sales).

Optimize influencer-generated content for quick commerce listings, focusing on fast-decision triggers and urgency messaging.

Collaborate with marketplace managers to align influencer activity with keyword strategies, sponsored ads, and platform algorithms.

Monitor platform analytics to refine creative direction and improve sales KPIs.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

24 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or e-commerce marketing.

Strong understanding of content requirements, algorithms, and best practices for marketplaces & quick commerce.

Proficient in analytics tools for e-commerce platforms (Amazon Brand Analytics, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand storytelling into conversion-focused content.

KPIs / Success Metrics

Influencer-driven sales uplift across marketplaces.

Improvement in PDP conversion rate and search ranking.

Increase in ratings, reviews, and brand visibility on e-commerce platforms.

ROI of influencer campaigns in relation to marketplace spends.

Consistency and performance of platform-specific content calendar.
