About the Role We're looking for a hands-on Marketplace Executive to spearhead our expansion into Quick Commerce and scale our Amazon FBA operations. This is an execution-focused role perfect for someone who understands marketplace dynamics and wants to grow with a fast-moving D2C brand. Key Responsibilities Amazon FBA Operations Manage end-to-end FBA operations (inbound shipments, inventory planning) Optimize product listings for Amazon SEO (keywords, A+ content) Handle FBA inventory reconciliation and reimbursement claims Monitor IPI score and storage fees optimization Coordinate with fulfillment team for FBA prep requirements Quick Commerce Management Launch and manage brand presence on Blinkit Monitor and improve fill rates (target: 85%+) across QCom platforms Manage inventory allocation to meet 10-30 minute delivery promises Coordinate with dark stores for stock replenishment Track and optimize key metrics: fill rate, cancellation rate, RTO% Cross-Platform Analytics Daily P&L tracking per marketplace Maintain channel-wise inventory allocation sheet Weekly performance reports on sales, returns, margins Identify and act on reorder points across channels Requirements Must-Have 1-3 years hands-on experience with marketplace operations Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables mandatory) Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Quick Commerce platforms Understanding of marketplace logistics (fill rates, TAT, returns) Comfortable with data analysis and pattern recognition Good-to-Have Experience with marketplace APIs or bulk upload tools Knowledge of D2C & products on marketplaces Understanding of marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC, etc.) Basic SQL or Excel Sheets automation What We Offer Direct growth path to Marketplace Manager role Hands-on learning from founders Opportunity to build and scale new channels from scratch Performance-based increments Ideal Candidate Profile Someone who has actually created listings, managed inventory, handled returns Thinks in terms of numbers and fill rates, not just concepts Can work independently after initial training Hungry to grow and take ownership Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) Note: This is NOT a senior management role.
