Ecommerce Executive

As a dedicated team member, you will be responsible for coordinating order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders efficiently. Ensuring seamless fulfillment of customers" orders through store pick or delivery service will be a key aspect of your role. Your tasks will also involve executing activities based on data analytics and implementing e-commerce strategies to enhance customer experience. In this role, you will manage a diverse service environment, overseeing operations to deliver exceptional service quality and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be required to prepare insightful reports based on data-mining outcomes and promote service performance excellence. Additionally, your expertise will contribute to the development of technology strategies by providing specialized knowledge and valuable insights. Tracking and reporting the business outcomes derived from data-driven insights will be part of your regular responsibilities.
